Taban Nickson Nehemiah

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Taban Nickson Nehemiah is  Montrose’s Monitoring & Evaluation Officer for the DFID-funded Health Pooled Fund South Sudan (HPF3). He has over 10 years’ experience working with international organisations at various levels. Taban  supports collation, analysis, interpretation and utilisation of data for better service delivery, evidence-based decisions and systems that support them.

Prior to joining HPF3, Taban held various roles with other international organisations such as Population Services International, Health Net TPO, World Relief, and Adventist Agency for Relief & Development, in the areas of monitoring & evaluation, education, health, recovery & resilient projects in South Sudan. He collaborated with various stakeholders such as Global Fund, DFID, SIDA, USAID and Canadian Aid.

Taban has strong practical skills in designing and implementing various statistical/analytical methodologies, with proficient knowledge in use of statistical software such as SPSS, STATA, GIS, and electronic data collection tools such as Open Data Kit (ODK).

He has a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring & Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Mountains of the Moon University, Uganda.
