Lodi Joseph Sartison is Montrose’s Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for the DFID-funded Health Pooled Fund (HPF3) in South Sudan. He has over seven years’ experience working in the development industry and in profit and non-profit organisations. He specialises in M&E systems set-up, programme management and evaluation, accountability and learning, talent development and training, quality assurance and research.
Joe currently oversees routine programme data management and analysis, risk analysis, data quality assurances, reporting, documentation and learning of the programme.
He worked on the first phase of the HPF programme in 2015, as the State Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in the Northern Bahr el Ghazal State in South Sudan. Prior to that, he worked as a regular staff member and as a consultant with various international NGOs in South Sudan in monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning with DFID, USAID, and the UN, among others.
Joe holds an MA in Monitoring and Evaluation from Africa Nazarene University, Kenya, and Bachelor of Arts and Humanitarian Sciences from the University of Juba, South Sudan.
