Anthony Dewees is Montrose’s senior analyst and value for money expert for the DFID-funded Girls’ Education Challenge Transition project. He has over 15 years of development consulting in education and youth training and development in Latin America, Africa and Asia.
He has experience in policy research and development, programme/project development, impact evaluation and economic/financial analysis.
He previously worked with Save the Children Washington DC as an impact evaluation specialist overseeing evaluation and monitoring across sectors and providing in-country support to various country programmes. He also worked with UNICEF South Africa as a programme officer for education and integrated early childhood development.
Mr Dewees has a PhD in Educational Foundations and Policy Studies / Economics and Education from Florida State University (Economics and Education), USA, and a BSc in Education from Indiana University, USA.
