Amélie Perron has over 10 years’ experience finding and managing talent in the private sector, conducting selection interviews, improving recruitment systems, supporting managers during the selection and hiring process, and developing effective sourcing strategies.
Amélie is a specialist in managing bespoke consultant management systems (CMS) which are an essential component of any consultancy company and ensure management of all personnel data adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Amélie has developed processes and policies to support employees to understand and claim their rights in Tanzania, Uganda and Canada.
She has also worked in the education sector in Tanzania, developing strategies to improve the quality of teaching.
Amélie has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Politics from Montreal University in Québec, Canada. She is a native French speaker, is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Swahili.
